PIER & BEAM WARRANTY INFO

If any adjustments are required due to settlement, 3G Foundation Repair will re-level all previously piered by our company without cost to owner. Difference must be over 3/4″ from final elevation takes on original leveling day.

Sonotube piers and concrete spread footings installed by 3G Foundation Repair are warranted for a period of five (5) years

This warranty may be transferred at no charge to any subsequent owner, provided the property’s condition has not been altered or any additions have been made.

Five (5) year extended warranty available for 10% of total foundation repair cost. This extended warranty is available only for foundation repair and does not include additional items such as underpinning.

IMPORTANT: Warranty not in effect until balance is paid in full.
